Products

Every effort is made to ensure that the products displayed online correspond as closely as possible to products you will receive, but there may be variations as natural materials have unique characteristics. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the unique features including but not limited to the following:

  • The colour of the stone may vary due to the nature of the natural material. There may also be variations in the colour of the glassworks as these are hand-cast. If you want a closer colour match between multiple glassworks or carvings, then it is recommended to order them at the same time so every effort can be made for them to match as closely as possible.
  • Please allow variance on sizes stated. These may be more apparent if orders are placed at different times.
  • A+G reserves the right to make any changes to the specifications of products where necessary and withdraw any products from this website at any time.

Stone Carvings and Sculpture

Carvings suitable for hanging can be requested with appropriate fixings glued securely into the back. The correct bracket or fitting will be supplied with the carving and must be the one used to hang the work. A+G accepts no responsibility for the hanging of the work and recommends seeking a professional to help with hanging heavy products safely.

If displaying any stone carving outdoors the customer should expect the stone to change colour with the natural weathering process. It is advised that you do not try to clean the stonework. If you need any help with aftercare, please contact A+G on info@ambrosegoulding.co.uk who are always happy to help advise. If keeping the stone outside, it may also be susceptible to temperature extremes and/or weather. A+G does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by weathering or accidental damage.

All orders are custom made. Refunds cannot be granted and all sales are final.

Bespoke Commissions

For bespoke commissions a 50% deposit is required when the design is agreed. The deposit allows for the purchase of the materials and it includes the initial design fee. The remaining payment is payable prior to shipping.

A+G work closely with each customer when preparing a bespoke work of art and we will keep you updated on progress, time-scales of work and any changes to an expected delivery date.

Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications, including but not limited to stone carvings, sculptures, glasswork and more.

Bespoke Goods are non-refundable.

A+G reserves the right to use all designs and photographs of the product across our website and social media platforms. A+G will never disclose any personal information or details to third parties or online.

You recognise and agree that all design copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials in the content of this website are owned by A+G.
